About the Job:

The position of Warehouse Operator will have primary responsibility to load, unload, and process all shipments, maintain packing supplies and crate supply inventory, and ensure the supply yard remains clean and organized.

In This Role, You Will:

* Load and unload freight.
* Process and document all shipments.
* Maintain packing supplies.
* Maintain crate supplies.
* Ensure yard remains clean and organized.
* All other duties and projects as assigned.

* HS Diploma or equivalent combination of experience and education.
* Minimum of 1 year of warehouse experience.
* Knowledge of transportation industry helpful.
* Forklift experience required.
* Must be able to satisfy physical demands (see below).
* Must be reliable and flexible with schedule.
* Willing and able to work with all personality types, with a professional, helpful manner.
* Ability and desire to perform well in a fast-paced, fluid environment where tasks change quickly.
* Must be able to pass pre-employment physical assessment test (PAT) or functional capacity exam (FCE), drug screen, and background check.
* Forklift certification a plus, but not required.
* Ability to effectively communicate in English, both written and verbal.
* Ability to maintain orderly records.
* Patience to interact effectively with coworkers who may not have a fluent command of English.
