This role will be directly responsible for sales KPI's managing the 'eTail' retailers: Amazon.com and eBay.com.

  • Visible: Visible, as a standalone brand family, caters to the digitally-savvy, single-line customers who prefer streamlined, online-first interactions. This brand is a testament to our adaptability, embracing the digital evolution of customer engagement.

  • Simple Mobile: Carving out a niche of its own, Simple Mobile shines as the premier choice among authorized resellers. Its consistent recognition as the most carried brand in Wave7 Research's prepaid dealer survey for 36 consecutive quarters speaks volumes about its popularity and reliability.

In this role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days (in-office days are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday)

What you'll be doing...

You'll provide critical support in driving sales and business growth for Verizon by working collaboratively with our 'eTail' to implement key growth strategies for assigned brands. You will develop and execute strategic sales and digital marketing plans, as well as recommend product or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential at our retail partners. You will prioritize and manage multiple business initiatives, programs and responsibilities successfully, making sure to understand business issues and develop winning strategies. You will need to make critical, business impacting decisions by soliciting input from multiple stakeholders. You'll proactively share best practices, cultivate collaboration, and ensure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are being met in order to drive and execute results.

Responsibilities:

  • You will also help support auxiliary sales channels including QVC.com, HSN.com, Target.com, and Best Buy.com through our 3rd party logistics company, Rithum. The position will also be directly responsible for sales KPI's managing our 'tail' accounts including Rent-A-Center, Wireless Replay, and Petra.

  • Identify, develop, and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business growth for Verizon and retailer partners.

  • Increase gross adds, net gains and profitability while reducing churn.

  • Drive assigned brand growth (Tracfone, Total Wireless, and Simple Mobile) and improve customer experience initiatives,

  • Ensure expectations are being met, giving clear direction and holding internal partners accountable and responsible for execution of sales enabling programs.

  • Monitor and evaluate sales performance for continuous improvement and analyze market factors for informed gap closure recommendations.

  • Coordinate Joint Business Planning process with retailer and internally.

  • Analyze sales and subscriber data to formulate programs to promote sales.

  • Prepare periodic reports and presentations that show performance, opportunities, and areas of proposed business growth.

  • Develop, maintain, and present handset roadmaps by assigned brands.

  • Manages all initiatives through a collaborative approach.

What we're looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.

  • Six or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training.

  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • Experience working directly with Amazon/eBay or other .com retailers.

  • Experience within the wireless industry.

  • Account Management, Category Management or Business Development experience for CPG products.

  • Experience managing competing priorities with tight deadlines in a dynamic work environment.

  • Demonstrated interpersonal, communication and executive presentation skills.

  • Financial acumen and experience in interpreting/analyzing sales results.

Where you'll be working

For part-timers, your coverage will vary as you may be eligible for some of these benefits depending on your individual circumstances. If you are hired into a California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, Washington or Washington, D.C. work location, the compensation range for this position is between $109,000.00 and $202,000.00 annually based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
