What the job involves: We are currently seeking a Communications Intern to join our Work Dynamics team at JLL. As an intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting our creative communications efforts and contribute to enhancing our internal and external messaging strategies. As a Creative Communications Intern at JLL, you will: Support the development and maintenance of distribution lists for effective communication. Assist in organizing and optimizing our SharePoint environment for improved accessibility and efficiency. Apply your creative writing skills to refine and polish various communications materials. Help improve the visual appeal and clarity of presentation decks. Contribute to the design of creative email templates and layouts. Assist in the coordination and execution of company townhall events. Program Details Dates: June 2, 2025 - August 8, 2025 Location: Atlanta, GA Education, Skills, and Experience: Actively pursuing a bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Keen eye for design and layout. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint and SharePoint. Familiarity with email marketing platforms is a plus. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Creativity and innovative thinking in approaching communication challenges. We do not offer relocation assistance or housing for our internship program. Permanent US work authorization required.
