What the job involves: As a Consulting Summer Intern, you will develop executable strategies and implement them to improve client's real estate performance and meet their strategic business priorities. You will have the opportunity to exercise strong analytical and critical thinking skills to solve complex business problems and communicate your findings. You will work independently and collaboratively with a team. As an Intern in Consulting at JLL, you will: Reconcile financial data, complete data entry, produce reporting packages, and contribute to market reports on local and regional real estate markets. Investigate and track upcoming federal, state, local, K-12, and higher education real estate opportunities. Work with SVP to develop and based on upcoming requirements; 20% Get familiar with Forecast of Contracting Opportunities and identify through research the POCs for the Department of General Services for target cities and counties. 10% Cold calls and confirm meetings/POCs 10% Potential to attend (in person or virtual) early stage sourcing contacts and sales related meetings. 10% Maintain project databases, contribute to team efficiency, and support the collection and analysis of client data. Update and maintain Salesforce and various tracking systems for current/pending projects. 15% Assist with the development/review of marketing presentations/templates/and other supporting documents. 20% Other Duties as assigned 15% Program Details Dates: June 2, 2025 - August 8, 2025 Location:Washington, DC Education, Skills, and Experience Current undergraduate and graduate students with a major in real estate, finance, political science, data analytics, or any related major Strong excel/financial analysis skills and ability to think critically to complete tasks Basic understanding of real estate terminology is a plus Deep desire to learn and be exposed to complex projects to benefit mission-oriented clients Strong verbal and written communication skills We do not offer relocation assistance or housing for our internship program.
