*Position Details:* * *Job Title:* Document Management Specialist * *Location:* 100% Remote (Any time zone) * *Pay Rate:* $35.00 - $40.00 per hour * *Shift:* Standard business hours (flexibility required for virtual meetings) * *Contract Length:* 52 weeks (potential extension up to 3 years) *Key Responsibilities:* * Manage R&D process documentation, including drafting and revising Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions (WIs), and other business documents, ensuring compliance with company guidelines. * Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to create, update, and maintain controlled documents. * Use *Veeva Vault* for document control, versioning, and workflow management. * Track project progress and timelines using *Smartsheet* and maintain updates for stakeholders. * Facilitate virtual meetings across time zones, acting as a scribe and ensuring accurate documentation. * Ensure document accuracy and consistency by adhering to formatting and style guides within *Office 365* (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Coordinate and lead sub-projects related to R&D quality processes, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met. *Position Highlights:* * Fully remote role with flexible work schedule. * Competitive compensation and potential for long-term growth. * Opportunity to collaborate with a leading global biopharmaceutical company. *Required Skills & Qualifications:* * 2-3 years of experience in regulated document management and writing in the pharmaceutical or biotech industries. * Proficiency in *Veeva Vault*, *Smartsheet*, *SharePoint*, and *Office 365* (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Strong project management and organizational skills, with experience managing multiple projects and adhering to timelines. * Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with virtual, cross-functional teams. * Ability to adapt to company-specific processes and standards. * High attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality documentation. * Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience. * Must pass a background check. *Additional Requirements:* * Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus but not required. * Familiarity with regulated environments, such as Good Clinical Practice (GCP), is *Required*. *Work Environment:* * 100% remote role; open to all time zones. * Business casual setting with flexibility for virtual meetings. *Next Steps:* If you meet the qualifications a TEKsystems recruiter will contact you in 24 - 48 hrs. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
