The Opportunity:

What we're looking for

Education: High School education or GED preferred.

Experience: Entry level - Minimum of 1-year experience. Open to those who are eager to start their career in the warehouse industry.

Preferred Qualifications:

• OSHA Forklift and HAZMAT certification a plus.
• Warehouse / distribution experience a plus.
• Equipment with MHE like reach truck operators and order pickers a plus.
• Must be able to use proper techniques to lift to 75 pounds. The ability to follow directions with emphasis on safety is extremely important.
• Must be able to use hands and feet simultaneously and for repetitive movements.

How you will thrive and create an impact

• Transports and delivers goods in accordance with the schedule as determined by
  dispatcher.
• Unloads or assists in unloading freight as required. Properly secures loads and ensures loads are within weight limits.
• Verifies count and condition of goods loaded and unloaded. Make reports of overages, shortages and breakage/damage as needed.
• Operates the truck/van units in a safe manner.
  Reports any vehicle problems and defects to Maintenance Department.
• Maintains a safe driving record.
• Ensures good customer relations by consistently delivering orders on time and acting in a courteous and professional manner.
• Performs basic warehouse duties, such as material movement, equipment operation, keep associated record logs. Assists with inbound and outbound shipments.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
