Description One of TEKsystems' clients, the nation's leader in the production of construction aggregates and a major producer of construction materials is looking for a Sr. Project Manager to join their team. The PMO was recently formed as the company is going through a large digital transformation. As a result of the digital transformation, the strategy is for the PMO to have the resources for each Project Manager to support a specific line of business; and, for this role, the Project Manager will support the Human Resources/Human Capital Management (HR/HCM) LOBs. We are looking for a seasoned project manager who has experience going through a large digital transformation, specifically with the implementation of Oracle cloud products for HCM. The company is implementing Oracle Fusion. This candidate will be the main point of contact for Vulcan IT towards the HR/HCM LOB internal stakeholders and working with them to ensure the Oracle solution fits their needs. But, they need this person to be a strong, assertive leader and be able to have tough conversations and push back on the internal stakeholders who feel like they need more out of the particular solution. Generally, we are looking for a project manager to be able to manage projects from A to Z from project charter builds to project planning, stakeholder management, etc. Since the PMO is new, a strong fundamental understanding of project management principles and best practices is required. Internally, there is a push to implement Agile/Scrum in a better way so any PM with Agile experience would be very beneficial.
