Recently awarded among Arizona's Most Admired Companies in 2023 The Paralegal will be primarily responsible for maintaining the Company's contract database and managing the entire life cycle of contracts. In addition, the Paralegal will assist the General Counsel with all other functions of the contracts and legal department. The Paralegal must have an understanding of the requirements of the healthcare industry and stay current with best practices, laws and regulations. Finally, the Paralegal must develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external legal department stakeholders. This position reports to the General Counsel.
