UVa Housing & Residence Life (HRL) is seeking a Residence Life Coordinator (RLC) for a student facing role within Residence Life to help meet current challenges, achieve our strategic initiatives, and bring the University's 2030 plan to fruition. Working within a newly expanded staffing plan, the Residence Life Coordinator will lead, guide, and coach Senior Residents (SRs) who will in turn support our Resident Advisor (RAs). The RLC position is directly supervised by an assistant dean.

The position is live-off, but there may be housing available on Grounds for faculty & staff at the University. The anticipated hiring range is $45,000.00-55,000.00/annually commensurate with qualifications and experience. This is an exempt-level position with UVa benefits.
