The Executive Chef leads the culinary team, ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation that exceed client and guest expectations. They design creative, seasonal menus while considering dietary preferences and sustainability, oversee kitchen operations, and maintain compliance with safety and sanitation standards. The role includes managing food and labor costs, minimizing waste, and optimizing inventory while fostering a positive, team-oriented work environment through staff training, performance reviews, and delegation. The Executive Chef collaborates with clients and other departments to align culinary offerings with organizational goals, ensures exceptional guest experiences, and achieves financial targets. Success is measured through consistent food quality, budgetary compliance, strong client relationships, and an engaged, high-performing kitchen team. Key Responsibilities:
