Our client is seeking a dedicated Bilingual Cemetery Grounds Manager to oversee the care and maintenance of our communities' cemeteries and properties. Join us in providing meaningful experiences to families while upholding the highest standards of excellence. Salary: $55,000 - $65,000/yr. Schedule: Open availability required Essential tasks: Oversee the care, maintenance, safety, and security of employees, visitors, and the property, ensuring a professional and well-kept appearance. Key responsibilities include training grounds crew on equipment use and OSHA/EPA compliance, ensuring adherence to company policies and family wishes during memorialization processes, and maintaining appropriate dress code standards. Additional duties involve documenting employee performance, managing inventory and equipment logs, overseeing groundskeeping tasks (e.g., installing headstones, pruning, mulching), and performing other assigned duties to uphold the property's upkeep and safety. Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of cemetery grounds experience required, Bilingual in Spanish is required, and valid Texas driver's license in good standing and acceptable driving record.
