Interior Painter / Maintenance Laborer

Cape Fox Property Management (CFPM) is seeking an experienced maintenance laborer / painter to perform interior painting. This is a temporary position offering approximately 40 hours per week (Monday - Friday) for an estimated 2-month duration. The employee will work within the CFPM Maintenance Department team to complete the painting project.

• Professionally paint interior of building
• Perform associated painting tasks such as taping and covering areas, removing hardware, etc.
• Load and unload painting supplies
• Maintain a safe and organized worksite, adhering to safety protocols and regulations
• Support maintenance team members to achieve project goal and complete tasks on schedule
• Communicate to supervisor any identified issues
