Responsibilities

The individual will report to the Director of Finance and assist in driving results for key enterprise initiatives prioritized by the executive team. This role is ideal for someone with a strategic mindset, strong financial modeling skills, and the ability to perform in a dynamic environment. The individual will interact directly with the C-Suite, requiring comfort in that space and the ability to prepare executive-level presentations. This role functions as an in-house consultant, with responsibilities varying by project. The individual should be able to work during east coast hours and travel on-site as needed.

  • Examine financial and operational data to identify opportunities for optimization and EBITDA growth
  • Develop business cases and build financial models
  • Lead and manage the execution of strategic initiatives
  • Prepare and present executive-level materials
  • Collaborate with various functions across the organization
  • Review and analyze financial statements and reports
  • Conduct market research, develop reports, and perform ad hoc financial analysis
  • Assist with budgeting and monthly close processes
  • Take on additional responsibilities and special projects as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to assist with various tasks.


Qualifications

Experience/Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting
  • 8-10 years experience of financial analysis/modeling
  • Healthcare experience is a plus

Hardware/Software:

  • Strong working knowledge of Excel
  • Proficient in PowerPoint
  • Proficiency in Oracle and SmartView are a plus

***Once per month travel to Florida corporate office for monthly onsite meetings with the executive team required.
