At Pro Staff, we've partnered with a leading innovator in packaging equipment located in Villard, MN, seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to become part of their dynamic team. With over four decades of shaping the automation industry, our client offers a fast-paced, collaborative environment where you can enhance your skills and contribute to exciting transformations. Schedule: Day shift, Monday - Thursday: 6 am - 4:30 pm Pay Rate: $20 - $24/hr. In this role, you will be responsible for reading and interpreting complex blueprints and machine drawings, setting up tooling, and writing and executing detailed CNC programs. You'll perform production tasks requiring tight tolerances, conduct secondary operations such as deburring, and inspect parts using precision measuring tools. Additionally, you will maintain the machines, conduct quality audits, and contribute to lean manufacturing initiatives. This position also requires independent program writing and the ability to assist in other areas as needed.
