Position Overview: As a Registered Occupational Therapist (OTR) at PrairieCare, you will play a crucial role in delivering client-centered and interactive Occupational Therapy services. Your responsibilities will include assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating, and supervising the occupational care of patients in accordance with PrairieCare's policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct individual patient assessments as ordered by a physician.
  • Adhere to Occupational Therapy Standards of Practice and the Occupational Therapy Code of Ethics.
  • Communicate effectively in both written and verbal forms.
  • Manage and respond to situations with calmness and professionalism.

Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Qualifications

  • What We're Looking For:

    • Graduation from an accredited school of Occupational Therapy with current licensure as an Occupational Therapist, Registered in Minnesota.
    • Level II fieldwork experience in psycho-social OT is strongly preferred for newly graduated candidates.
    • A commitment to providing gender, cultural, and age-appropriate care.\

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive salary starting at $73,000, with potential earnings up to $85,000 based on education and experience.
  • This role is eligible for a $5000 signing bonus
