JOB SUMMARY The University Hospitals Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) will be responsible for nursing practice throughout the hospital organization including inpatient, operative and emergency departments. Provides overall direction for the delivery of nursing and patient care at the University Hospitals. QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Experience
Required
- Education
- Master's Degree in Nursing OR
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing AND Master's degree in healthcare administration, finance, business, or a related field.
- Experience
- 10 years progressive leadership experience in a large, complex health care system.
