Are you ready to kickstart your career with Staffmark? We're seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Production Line Lead in Joliet, IL.

Shifts Available:

2nd shift: 2:45 PM - 11:00 PM, Mon - Fri | $21/hr.

3rd shift: 10:45 PM - 7:00 AM, Sun - Thurs | $22/hr.

Responsibilities:



  • Supervise and guide production team members to achieve daily goals.
  • Coordinate machine setup, operation, and line changeovers.
  • Monitor production performance for efficiency, quality, and schedule adherence.
  • Conduct quality checks and enforce compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
  • Train team members on responsibilities, safety protocols, and GMP standards.
  • Address minor equipment or process issues and escalate when necessary.
  • Ensure a clean and organized workspace by maintaining housekeeping and 5S standards.


Qualified candidates will have six months of lead experience.
