Job Description

The Senior Talent Development Consultant partners with line of business leaders and human resource business partners to actively support the definition and implementation of high quality, talent and organizational development solutions that sustainably enhance organizational and people capabilities and drive achievement of business goals and strategic objectives.

How You'll Spend Your Time
  • You will lead, design, and facilitate BOK Financial management and leadership programs.
  • You will assess organizational needs and design or implement curriculum to enhance managers' knowledge, skills, and capabilities.
  • You will align performance and learning solutions with the organization's leadership framework competencies.
  • You will research, monitor, and evaluate the results of programs.
  • You will partner with clients to develop learning strategies aligned with business goals and the BOK Financial competency model.
  • You will partner with HRBPs to develop and deliver retention strategies across BOKF.
Education & Experience Requirements

This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Master's degree in the social sciences or business and 7+ years of human resources, talent identification, talent development and/or talent management experience or a Bachelor's degree and 15 + years of relevant experience.

  • Extensive curriculum design experience.
  • Excellent classroom facilitation skills and experience.
  • Track record of designing and implementing simple yet effective solutions to business problems/opportunities.
  • Track record of executing leadership coaching methods that have led to performance improvement.
  • Strong influencing ability through consulting, communication and relationship building skills.
  • Knowledge of and experience with assessment and competency models/performance management tools is preferred.
  • Experience with integrated talent management processes and systems; knowledge of current trends in Talent and Performance Management processes.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills: Pulls together information from a variety of sources in a user-friendly, business driven manner.
  • Ability to eliminate roadblocks and improve processes for successful execution.
  • Highly organized and efficient with a high sense of urgency.
  • Builds and maintains credibility at all levels throughout the organization.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills including oral and written communication skills (Non-managerial to C-Suite)
  • Creative mindset, proactive, resourceful, and resilient - focuses on continuous improvement.
  • Anticipates informational needs and communicates proactively.
  • Excellent MS Word and Excel skills are required.
  • Ability to organize multiple activities which require close attention to detail.
  • Ability to interpret company policies, procedures and practices.
  • Ability to work independently to achieve goals.
