Description

LaForce is seeking a talented and creative Instructional Designer to join our team! The ideal candidate will develop engaging learning experiences that enhance our employees' skills and knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

Course Development



  • Create engaging e-learning courses, interactive learning activities, workshops, and other training materials tailored to various departments and roles within the company.
  • Apply instructional design theories and best practices to maximize learning effectiveness.
  • Design and develop learning materials including videos, simulations, and assessments.
  • Manage projects and maintain course documentation.


Evaluation and Improvement



  • Evaluate and update existing training content to ensure relevance and accuracy.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of LaForce's learning management system (LMS).


Required Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft365 (e.g. SharePoint) and video editing software (e.g. Camtasia, Adobe Premiere).
  • Expertise in adult learning principles, instructional design models, and learning theory.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.


Preferred Qualifications



  • 3+ years of experience in instructional design and e-learning development.
  • Familiarity with HTML5, SCORM, and basic web technologies.
  • Proficiency with learning management systems (e.g. Learn365) and course authoring tools (e.g. Articulate, H5P).
  • Background in corporate training or adult education.
