Researches and provides financial and business related analyses to assess the impact of various projects, systems, and transactions. Provides general support to the planning/scheduling process.
Essential Functions

* Analyzes production schedules, customer orders, and shipping and receiving records to ensure finished product inventory meets customer demand.
* Analyzes product demand, trends, and forecasts; adjusts inventory plans accordingly.
* Compiles data from order, shipping, and receiving records.
* Updates computerized inventory records.
* Revises production schedule according to work order specifications, established priorities, and availability or capability of production employees, parts, material, machines and equipment.
* Generate computerized SKU, Bill of Material, and work orders.
* Resolves routine questions and problems, referring more complex issues to higher levels.
* Develops queries; generates and distributes reports.
* Maintains appropriate records, files, documentation, etc.
* Maintains satisfactory attendance, to include timeliness.
* Responsible for understanding and complying with applicable quality, environmental and safety regulatory considerations. If accountable for the work of others, responsible for ensuring their understanding and compliance.

Minimum Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration; OR High School diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 4 years of inventory experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
* Computer skill requirements include: Intermediate MS Word and MS Excel and basic MS Access and MS PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration plus 2 years or inventory experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
* Experience reading, analyzing and interpreting general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures or governmental regulations.
* Experience writing reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals.
* Experience effectively presenting information and responding to questions from groups of managers, employees, or customers.
* Experience working with computer based inventory/purchasing and warehouse management software systems (JDE, WMS, Showcase Reporting, etc.).
* Experience applying concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations.
* Experience interpreting a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
* Experience applying established procedures to situations that are non-routine in nature, requiring some evaluation, originality or ingenuity.
* Experience solving practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.

Compensation
- Hiring Salary Range/ Hiring Hourly Rate: $26.63 - 33.27
- Actual compensation amount paid may be lower or higher to be determined by factors other than race and gender such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
