As a Quality Specialist reporting to the Quality Supervisor you will support shop floor and Quality Control quality system and improvement programs to drive quality performance, mindset and customer satisfaction at site level.

Responsibilities:



  • Support local shop floor quality system and improvement projects.
  • Support quality audits.
  • Support Quality Control improvement projects (flows, methods, calibration, etc.).
  • Support customer complaints and non-conformance management.
  • Support trouble shooting of local issues related to their area of expertise.
  • Mentor QC Technicians on their daily testing and SAP use.

Your professional profile requires:



  • Business Administration bachelor's degree or equivalent education with proven track record.
  • At least 2 years of experience in similar roles.
  • Project management skills.
  • Understanding of relevant QIC, FC&A and Ops processes (such as Ingredient life cycle Management, Vendor Quality,Customer Quality requirements and Formula management, Continuous improvement, among others).
  • Experience with manufacturing technologies and product characteristics.
  • Knowledge of IT systems (such as Atlas, Athena, SAP).
  • Understanding of Food Safety and Quality Systems.
