Pay From:
$30 per hour

MUST:

Experienced Environmental Quality Assurance Specialist

2+ years of experience in

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools such as SharePoint

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Basic understanding of quality assurance principles and compliance frameworks

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Familiarity with EPA programs and quality management standards is a plus

Bachelor's degree in environmental science, public administration, quality management, or a related field preferred; Entry-level candidates with internships or coursework in quality assurance or environmental programs accepted

DUTIES:

Assist the Quality Coordinator in implementing and maintaining quality management systems aligned with EPA's QASP and QMP

Conduct initial reviews of deliverables to ensure compliance with internal standards and EPA program requirements

Support the development and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) under the guidance of the Quality Coordinator

Assist in the preparation of quality assurance documentation, including reports, checklists, and audit findings

Collect and organize data for KPI tracking, including engagement metrics, survey responses, and timeliness metrics

Support survey distribution and feedback collection processes to assess satisfaction with technical assistance (TA) and training programs

Collaborate with team members to monitor the resolution of TA tickets and ensure adherence to established quality metrics

Participate in peer reviews, document formatting, and data validation tasks

Maintain and update QA resources, including SharePoint knowledge bases and performance dashboards

Perform other administrative and technical tasks as needed to support the Quality Performance team
