• Respond to customer inquiries quickly and professionally, providing accurate information on billing, service inquiries, and utility-related matters.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, assist with billing questions, and process service orders.
• Handle complaints with professionalism, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with teams to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
• Provide proactive outreach and contribute to customer satisfaction.

• 3+ years of customer service experience
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and multi-line phone systems
• Experience with cash handling
