Shipping Clerk

• Verify accuracy of outgoing orders, ensuring proper packaging, labeling, and loading.
• Inspect incoming shipments for damages and compare them to documentation.
• Maintain records for all goods shipped and received, including manifests and inventory logs.
• Ensure goods are routed to the correct departments or storage locations.
• Collaborate with warehouse staff and departments to improve workflow.
• Keep the workspace organized, clean, and in adherence to safety protocols.

• 1+ year of experience in shipping, receiving, or supply chain management.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Trustworthy, professional, and able to handle confidential information.
• Ability to work well within a team and follow safety protocols.
