Responsibilities
Peraton is seeking experienced TS/SCI cleared Military Information Support Operations (MISO / PSYOP) Planners to integrate into US CYBERCOM's operations on site at Fort Eisenhower, GA. As our MISO /PSYOP Planner you will have the opportunity to:
Provide expert mission analysis, analytic problem solving, and assessment of information operations; creative use of information systems and information related capabilities (IRC); integration with inter-agency and intelligence community (IC); knowledge of and ability to develop innovative concepts to counter adversarial use of information in the Information Environment (IE); and significant or key cultural considerations that affect operational and tactical planning, security, accreditation, risk assessment(s).
- Review, analyze, and operationalize tactical and operational-level MISO-related directives in support of maneuver elements.
- Provide counsel, guidance, and aid in applying technical skills to operational and tactical planning/execution, identifying and tracking measures of performance (MOP) thru attainment of measures of effectiveness (MOE).
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- Must possess a Bachelor's degree and 8 years of relevant experience
- 6 years of additional relevant experience may be considered in lieu of bachelor's degree.
- 4 years of additional relevant experience with Associates degree may be considered in lieu of bachelor's degree.
- PSYOP (37A/37F) course completion or similar military equivalents.
- Army/Joint Targeting, IPB, and COG analysis process as well as a general understanding of Army Training doctrine and procedures.
- Knowledge in JOPP, MDMP, and MCPP planning and targeting processes and expertise in developing and accessing tactical and operational level MISO plans and orders.
- SOF planning processes; Army/Joint Targeting, IPB, Intelligence cycle, and COG analysis
- Minimum of 8 years of experience with MISO and IO planning at the service or joint level, working that support operations with Combatant Commands or Joint Task Forces.
- Experience with integrating, coordinating, and synchronizing adjacent and supporting operations, as well as developing support for related capabilities and their activities. Be familiar with, certified in, or have applicable operational/field time experience in any of the following:
- Psychological Operations (PSYOP) / Military Information Support Operations (MISO)
- Military Deception (MILDEC)
- Operations Security (OPSEC)
- Tactical Electronic Warfare (EW)
- Cyberspace Operations
- SIGINT related activities
- Ability to engage senior JIIM leaders and staff, and conduct operational and informational briefings to a large audience.
- Ability to work effectively within a task organized working group and expertise with planning, integrating, and coordinating with inter-agency and intelligence community entities. - Must possess or be able to obtain a U.S. Passport.
- Clearance: Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and the ability to complete/pass a polygraph if and when required.

- Masters of Military Art and Science - School of Advanced Military Studies, Strategic Communications, International Affairs, or similar fields
- Recent Joint or Service Level Information Operations planning experience

- Active TS/SCI with polygraph

Target Salary Range
$104,000 - $166,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
