Genesis10 is seeking a Business Analyst for our financial services client in Pittsburgh, PA. This position is onsite requiring 5 days a week in the office. This is a ten month contract possible contract to hire position. Pay: 32-41/hr W2 Summary and responsibilities Play a pivotal part in project planning, business process improvements, and driving strategic initiatives to enhance the overall client and operational experience. Primary contact for customers and all groups within the organization for small scale projects Collects and defines requirements, translates into functional design, test planning, and user documentation processes Supports testing of new or enhanced applications and/or systems. Tasks include case development, requirement traceability analysis, test preparation, script writing, and functional test execution Documents all project takeaways and coordinates with impacted stakeholders to address and resolve any issue Assist with project management for selected (sub)projects Act as the go between the product/business and technology teams Identify automation and/or efficiency opportunities Oversee and manage any initiatives aimed at advancing the project Develop training materials as required. Provide orientation and training to end users for all modified and new systems Ensures projects are completed on time, within budget and with minimum defects Required skills Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience 4-6 years of experience in a business analyst environment required Experience developing training material Demonstrated success in planning and managing programs involving multiple sub-projects Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential Experience writing user stories and entering into JIRA Has worked with cross functional teams to define and document requirements Has hosted project meetings to resolve outstanding deliverables Preferred skills Experience with Treasury Services products and services, such as cash management, liquidity, trade finance, billing and electronic banking, is a plus Project Manamement Compensation : $38/hr - $/41hr W2 depending on experience If you have the described qualifications and are interested in this exciting opportunity, apply today!
