TEKsystems is seeking qualified candidates interested in an IRA Specialist position in Pensacola, FL. Description: Handle back-office requests and take incoming requests from CCOs and members Verify IRA documentation for completeness and accuracy Verify posting of IRA transactions is accurate Set up automatic distributions Update procedures as needed Work applicable reports for any exceptions * Work on various queries and deal with maturity instructions for certificates and IRAs, direct transfers, adjusting rates, opening and closing accounts, and sending money there Requirements: Willingness to help others Professional written and verbal communication skills Quick data entry skills Schedule:* Full-time- Mon- Fri 7 am- 3:30 pm Pay: 15.00 Qualified candidates interested in learning more about this opportunity should apply directly to this job posting with their most updated resume!
