Our success will be built on amazing colleagues, working together. Job Overview The Assistant, Marketplace Seller Acquisition & Business Development, supports the growth of Macy's Marketplace. This entrepreneurial role requires strong communication and analytical skills to identify, source, and secure lasting partnerships with new Marketplace sellers for Macy's and Bloomingdale's. The Assistant reports to the Director of Marketplace Seller Acquisition & Business Development and collaborates closely with Digital, Merchandising, and other cross-functional partners across the enterprise to execute the Marketplace growth strategy. Externally, the Assistant ensures the acquisition of sellers that align with the Marketplace curation strategy and directly contributes to scaling this innovative business. What You Will Do

Collaboration Skills: Works seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including Merchandising and Digital, to achieve shared goals. Project Management Skills: Effectively manages multiple priorities, tracks progress, and communicates updates to team members. Entrepreneurial Mindset: Thinks creatively and strategically to identify growth opportunities and innovate within the Marketplace platform. Proficiency in Digital Tools: Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other relevant platforms to support operational excellence. Action-Oriented Approach: Demonstrates a bias for action, acting quickly and deliberately to drive results.
