About This Opportunity:

- The salary below refers to the 50%, that is base and there is a 50% commission paid based on sales/goal achievement.

Overview:
This role will lead the creation and execution of the strategy for all Go-To-Market, Routes-To-Market, and distribution strategies for named Carrier/Partner, leveraging the Carrier Sales Manager team for inputs, feedback, and sales enablement, and a Sales Director direct report. The primary goals of the Director of Sales leader are to focus on driving revenue growth within assigned Carrier by building mindshare through the following strategic motions:
- Sell-To - Leverage Carrier's role as the enterprise end-user to drive direct sales into their ecosystem, aligning with their strategic priorities and expanding Carrier's footprint.
- Managed Services - Position Carrier as a trusted partner by offering comprehensive managed services that address end-to-end customer needs, ensuring operational excellence and scalability.
- Resale - Simplify the value proposition by focusing on resale opportunities, enabling faster market penetration and streamlined sales execution. The ideal candidate has a proven record of strategic sales growth and execution, successfully leading cross-functional teams toward prioritized objectives. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership skills and a deep understanding of the wireless market.

Responsibilities:
- Negotiate all carrier service contracts and pricing
- Win over the hearts and minds of assigned carriers (key decision makers, resources, coaches, etc.)
- Ensure precise day-to-day sales forecasting and funnel management to support accurate demand planning and operational alignment.
- Escalation POC with ability to manage challenging issues, including serving as dedicated resource for large, strategic opportunities, and most friction-free sales model
- Be a Sales Expert in 5G, SD-WAN, Network security, and networking technologies
- Collect and synthesize input from carrier and deliver a simplified message to executive management ways we can improve product, sales processes, support and operations
- Prioritize between long- and short-term challenges, problems and opportunities based on ROI and business rationale to drive sales priorities
- Develop and lead programs and tactics for assigned carrier business partner(s) across all carrier business units, providing overall account leadership with detailed strategic & tactical business plans to drive sales and revenue growth; leverage Carrier Sales Manager team for sales enablement execution.
Job Description
The Carrier Director of Sales will be responsible for developing and executing the overall vision and strategy for their assigned carrier, driving initiatives that align with the organization's broader objectives. This role focuses on building strong partnerships, identifying growth opportunities, and implementing targeted sales strategies to increase revenue share, expand market presence, and solidify the carrier's position as a key contributor to the company's success.
Experience: Minimum of 10 years of sales leadership experience in the wireless carrier industry.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth.
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.
- Knowledge of the wireless carrier market and industry trends.

Your Pay
The salary range for this position is listed below. The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate's combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.
* $158,400 - $237,600
