Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Regional Sales Manager with advanced knowledge in Private Cellular Networks to drive sales and business growth within the assigned region. The ideal candidate will leverage their deep understanding of private cellular network solutions to engage with potential clients, build strong relationships, and deliver tailored sales strategies that meet customer needs in various industries. This is a key contributor role that requires a combination of technical expertise, market insight, and excellent sales skills.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive regional sales strategy for private cellular network solutions to meet business objectives and exceed revenue targets.
- Client Acquisition and Relationship Management: Identify, target, and engage with new business prospects and manage long-term relationships with key accounts within the region.
- Product Expertise and Technical Sales Support: Utilize advanced knowledge of private cellular network technologies to advise clients on the best solutions, conduct technical presentations, and facilitate the sales process.
- Market Research and Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to provide actionable insights and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with marketing, product management, and technical teams to ensure alignment between sales objectives, product offerings, and customer needs.
- Sales Reporting and Forecasting: Track and report sales performance against targets, forecasting sales projections, and maintaining CRM databases for accurate sales tracking.
- Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations and work to close deals while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels and fostering long-term business relationships.
- Customer Feedback and Product Enhancement: Gather customer feedback and collaborate with the product development team to ensure product offerings meet customer requirements and expectations.
Qualifications
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Industry Expertise: Advanced knowledge and experience in private cellular networks, including solutions like 4G/5G private networks, IoT connectivity, and network security.
- Sales Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven success in a regional sales or business development role, preferably in telecom or network technology industries.
- Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of network infrastructure, mobile communications, and private cellular network architecture.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish and maintain lasting client relationships.
- Negotiation and Closing: Expertise in high-level sales negotiations and deal closures.
- Self-Motivated: A highly driven and results-oriented individual with a strong ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with large-scale deployments of private cellular networks.
- Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards related to private networks.
- Previous experience working with enterprise clients in industries such as manufacturing, logistics, healthcare, or utilities.

Your Pay
The salary range for this position is listed below. The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate's combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.
* $114,400 - $171,600
