What We Do Place orders into FAST system for title, escrow and other search products offered by First American. What You'll Do Answer phones and takes phone orders Respond to emails and processes email orders Provides customer service Troubleshoots / researches customer issues GAB corrections Runs/reviews second reports Runs/reviews supplemental reports Faxed orders Tracks computer orders - auto generated Other duties as assigned What You'll Bring General knowledge of company products and customer service activities. Proficient MS Office skills Must be able to navigate a computerized data entry system or other relevant applications. Good verbal and written skills. Strong interpersonal skills Ability to work under pressure and remain flexible to changing schedules and demands. Basic math skills Ability to apply common sense, understanding and problem solving High School diploma or equivalent 1- 2 years related experience Salary: $17.00/hour This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
