Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Cloud Architect with 13 to 14 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with AWS services including AWS Fraud Detector AWS Trusted Advisor AWS WAF AWS Security Hub AWS Secret Manager AWS Key Management Service AWS Firewall Manager AWS Cognito and AWS Shield. Experience in Property & Casualty Insurance is a plus. This is a hybrid role with day shifts and no travel required.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement cloud-based solutions using AWS services to meet business requirements.
• Oversee the architecture and deployment of cloud infrastructure.
• Provide technical expertise in AWS Fraud Detector AWS Trusted Advisor AWS WAF AWS Security Hub AWS Secret Manager AWS Key Management Service AWS Firewall Manager AWS Cognito and AWS Shield.
• Ensure the security and compliance of cloud solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate cloud solutions with existing systems.
• Monitor and optimize cloud performance and costs.
• Develop and maintain documentation for cloud architecture and processes.
• Conduct regular reviews and audits of cloud infrastructure.
• Provide guidance and support to development teams on cloud best practices.
• Implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans for cloud environments.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in cloud computing.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for team members on cloud technologies.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide appropriate cloud solutions.

Qualifications

• Possess extensive experience with AWS services including AWS Fraud Detector AWS Trusted Advisor AWS WAF AWS Security Hub AWS Secret Manager AWS Key Management Service AWS Firewall Manager AWS Cognito and AWS Shield.
• Have a strong understanding of cloud security and compliance.
• Demonstrate experience in designing and implementing cloud-based solutions.
• Show proficiency in monitoring and optimizing cloud performance and costs.
• Exhibit excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Have experience in Property & Casualty Insurance (nice to have).
• Hold relevant AWS certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or AWS Certified Security Specialty.
