Principal Solutions Architect

We are seeking an experienced Solutions Architect with 14 to 18 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of client engagements.

Primary work location: Broomfield, CO / Denver, CO

Roles and Responsibilities:

Lead data activation of Google Analytics in the SFMC-Intelligence platform for multiple brands.

Optimize product finding capabilities through attribute and category management on SF-Commerce Cloud platform as well as a lower-level product attribute scaling solution with Python/GCP/Salsify.

Asses current capabilities and develop Enterprise Product Strategy leveraging SFMC-Engagement platform.

Create data model to identify use cases for SF Data Cloud opportunities for both client and sales enablement.

Direct full GA data consolidation of multiple brands into single platform using Google Cloud, BigQuery, AWS, Snowflake.

Lead engineering efforts to visualize customer behaviour and commerce funnel performance with a multi-source dashboard leveraging GA/GCP-BQ/Tableau including hands on code fix and optimization of both SQL and Python scripts.

Lead team of over 10 various roles from Managers to Jr Analysts/Engineers

Qualifications:

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Extensive SFMC experience

Experience leading teams of 15+ people

Data Modeling

GA, Google cloud, BigQuery

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $113,000- $195,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
