Marketing Resource Manager (remote)

Based in the US and supporting our global creative team, this role will support global resource management based in India to assign resources on US time. Resource managers allocate on new projects, adjust or reprioritize on existing projects, monitor our resource tracker for load balancing our personnel, and work with other strategic account services teammates to ensure the right people are working on the right work, for the right amount of time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fulfill resource requests for Creative talent on Global Brand & Creative projects

• Timely review and processing of resource requests

• Identify and assign suitable talent, liaising to validate capacity, availability, and that skills match where appropriate

• Keep Project Managers and Creative Leads updated on assignments

• Collaborate with PMs and talent to adjust schedules and reflect the work efforts planned hours / durations for assignments

• Actively seek assignment opportunities for resources coming available

• Ensure resource allocations are kept up to date for capacity and utilization, forecasting and availability

• Ensures monthly and quarterly reports related to capacity planning/forecasting are accurate and complete for business review cycles.

• Manages activation/deactivation of users in Workfront and maintenance of existing and new templates related to established project types.

• Facilitate Workfront office hours/new hire training as needed.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years related professional experience in a project or resource management or traffic manager environment

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

• Knowledge of most of the following project types: design, digital, social, media, video, broadcast, print production

• Demonstrated knowledge and application of resource management principles

• Understanding of process methodologies: predictive, agile and hybrid

• Strong willingness to learn and roll up sleeves in a fast-paced environment

• Outstanding organizational and time management skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Gives and receives feedback with a positive intention

• Intuitive problem solver with the ability to anticipate and action plan

• Unwavering can-do attitude in a fast pace, deadline driven environment

TECHNINCAL SKILLS:

• Prior experience working in a resource management software solution - Workfront preferred

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
