Intern - Marketing:

Summary:

We are looking for a driven, detail-oriented self-starter to bring onto the Marketing Team here at eClinicalWorks. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be rigorously focused on their assigned tasks. This role will be responsible for helping the Marketing-PR Team to organize their new SharePoint repository, marketing assets, and marketing resources and aiding in many tasks from all the silos of our department.

Responsibilities:



  • Assist with organizing and bringing to fruition our company-wide Marketing & Branding SharePoint.
  • Working with our video team to organize all videos on our website.
  • Helping audit our quote repository from all our customer spotlights and case studies.
  • Working with our team to narrow down our topic list for all our marketing resources on our website and our SharePoint sites.
  • Assisting with organizing our customer spotlight list
  • Other responsibilities as deemed necessary


Requirements:



  • Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Business, or a related field of study
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Exceptional verbal and communication skills
  • Strong project management skills
  • Self-motivated and can work independently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
