We are seeking a FMS Analyst to support our PMA 264 Patuxent River, MD, customer. The ideal candidate will be able to perform the following duties, as well as, possess the following education and experience.

Duties:



  • Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives.
  • Analyzes requirements, status, budget and schedules.
  • Provides FMS support to FMS case managers with case development, strategic, development for international partners and assisting in the execution of 7 FMS cases totaling over $350 million dollars.
  • Performs management, technical, or business case analyses.
  • Collects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs.
  • Tracks program/project status and schedules.
  • Applies Government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management.
  • Candidates will support a variety of needs including but not limited to tracking funding, PID support, tracking obligations, follow up with teams, maintain centralized slide decks and serve as a conduit between teams and IPT's for data collection and communication.


Required Education:



  • BA/BS degree.


Required Experience:



  • 3 to 10 years of experience performing duties described in the functional description.


Substitution Language:
1. Associate's Degree plus two (2) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree.
OR
2. Four (4) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree.

Desired Experience:



  • At least four (4) years of experience in program management, technical or business analysis discipline and two (2) years professional experience in technical efforts supporting to anti-submarine warfare systems development related to air platforms.
  • Demonstrate experience in the program/project status and schedules.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of SECNAV, OPNAV and OSD policy and documentation related to Planning, Programming and Budget Execution process, life-cycle management of military acquisition programs (as specified in the DoD 5000 series).
  • Experienced in processing program acquisition, funding and contract documentation for military programs.


Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

Compensation at Precise Systems is determined by various factors, including education, experience, skills, competencies, and contract-specific requirements. The salary range for this position is $44,054.40-$115,625.33 (annualized USD). This range represents the standard pay for this role and is just one component of Precise Systems' total compensation package.
