Overview
$10.000 sign on bonus and $2.500 relocation (greater than 50 miles) with LCSW, LCPC or LNFT- External Applicants Only. $2,500 sign on bonus and $2,500 relation (greater than 50 miles) without LCSW, LCPC or LNFT-. Under the direct supervision of the Manager, Outpatient Behavioral Health will provide daily oversight of the community -based outpatient behavioral health programs and staff to ensure quality, compliance, and productivity benchmarks are met. Provides staff supervision to ensure that the care model requirements are met, and that best care is provided each and every encounter. Interacts with internal and external parties in a professional, timely manner. Qualifications Certifications: LCSW or LCPC within 2 years - Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR)Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR); Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) within 2 years - Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR)Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR), Education: Master's Degree: Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Related Field Other Requirements
Must have interpersonal and communication skills necessary to deal with a wide variety of clients and professionals with the ability to negotiate and establish effective working relationships with a multidisciplinary healthcare and community service team. Must demonstrate ability to identify and act upon psychosocial needs and work independently in an outcome orientated environment. Strong leadership skills and ability to form professional working relationships with peers. Ability to document in, have knowledge of and use of the computer.

Compensation and Benefits The compensation range for this position is $28.09per hour - $46.91per hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
