JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Aggregate and perform advanced statistical analysis on business data.
* Integrate data from multiple data sources or functional areas, ensures data accuracy and integrity.
* Write advanced queries or reports to provide data for various analytical projects.
* Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets to identify business trends, conduct root cause analysis of business problems, or suggest areas for process improvement.
* Develops and applies algorithms or models with the goal of improving the business.
* Develops and implements data collection systems and strategies to ensure data quality.
* Provides findings and analysis for use in decision making.
* Handles complex issues and problems.

* Identify business trends, form hypotheses, as well as plan and conduct presentations and discussions with partners and leaders across the organization.
* Contribute as an influencing partner of a small cross functional team to implement, test and deploy the approved technology/reporting/analytics solution in response to the business needs.
* Identify reporting/analytics improvement opportunities and provide proactive, consultative strategic solutions, including identifying business process and change management drivers.
* Support and recommend reporting/analytics projects prioritization and planning efforts.
* Conduct due diligence concerning business implications of planned solutions.
* Utilize process and divisional expertise to provide leadership, coaching, and/or mentoring to others.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and proficiency in applicable systems (e.g., Tableau, SQL, Microsoft
Dynamics).
* Clear and effective writing skills without supervision and provides technical guidance when required on expressing ideas, requesting actions, and formulating plans or policies.

* Minimum 2-years experience
