Position Summary The HR Compliance Analyst is a critical partner to the Human Resources team in ensuring compliance with international, federal, state, and local regulatory and legal standards. This role is responsible for overseeing background checks and job postings to ensure compliance in those activities, as well as supporting broader compliance initiatives, as needed. Individuals who are comfortable working independently, who possess strong attention to detail, and who thrive from identifying efficiencies and developing process improvements are encouraged to apply. LOCATION: This hybrid position is based out of the Milliman office in Brookfield, Wisconsin (aka Milwaukee office). Local HR team members come into the office once or twice a week on pre-designated days for in-person connection and collaboration.
