PacificWest is hiring a Director, Integration Operational Efficiency to join our team. This position will be remote.

The Director, Integration & Operational Efficiency is responsible for directing all integration efforts to ensure operational efficiency. This position will focus on the ongoing streamlining of business processes, enhancing efficiency, reducing cost, and overseeing the smooth integration and performance of systems and operations, especially during mergers, acquisitions, or organizational changes. The role requires a combination of leadership, strategic thinking, analytical skills, and experience in project management and process optimization.

The essential functions of the position include:



  • Continue to act as Project Manager for the overall ESG integration efforts for an agreed period.
  • Evaluate and make recommendations on improving process and organizational efficiencies
  • Manage ongoing integration efforts and processes between PacificWest and ESG.
  • Lead process change on approved improvements to organization process workflows
  • Evaluate and make recommendations on talent, both existing and needed new.
  • Identify areas of cost savings and achieve them by implementing more effective systems and processes.
  • Liaison to assure appropriate requirements and integration are collaborated upon and approved prior to development/deployment to a Production environment
  • Perform other duties as deemed necessary by management


Your background includes:



  • Bachelor's degree in related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 12 or more years of related experience
  • Prior leadership/management experience required
