job purpose:

fairlife is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner - Manufacturing to focus on hiring talent for our production facilities nationwide, with a primary focus on building out the workforce at our new Webster, NY facility. This role will also support HR teams in attracting top talent across the U.S. and play a key role in creating seamless recruitment processes to support rapid growth and operational excellence.

As a vital member of the Talent Acquisition team, you'll lead initiatives that ensure fairlife maintains a robust pipeline of talent to meet production demands while championing fairlife's values and commitment to excellence.

responsibilities:



  • Facility Build-out Recruitment: Manage the hiring efforts for site-based roles at the new Webster, NY facility, ensuring workforce needs are met in alignment with project timelines and goals.


  • Full-cycle Recruitment: Oversee the end-to-end hiring process for hourly and salaried positions in production facilities, from job postings and sourcing to interviews and onboarding, delivering an exceptional candidate experience.


  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with HR teams and hiring managers at plant locations to understand workforce requirements and implement effective hiring strategies.


  • Creative Sourcing: Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract diverse candidates through community partnerships, local outreach, and job boards.


  • Diversity & Inclusion: Champion DE&I initiatives by integrating these principles into all aspects of the recruitment process and community outreach efforts.


  • Process Improvement: Evaluate and optimize recruitment processes for scalability and efficiency, ensuring alignment with fairlife's operational needs.


  • Recruitment Campaigns: Lead high-volume hiring campaigns for production facilities, leveraging creative strategies to attract talent in competitive markets.


  • Community Partnerships: Build relationships with local organizations, workforce development agencies, and educational institutions to strengthen talent pipelines.


  • Career Fairs and Recruitment Events:
    Represent fairlife at career fairs, community job fairs, and recruitment events to promote job opportunities, build brand awareness, and expand talent pipelines for hourly production roles.


  • Data-driven Decision-making: Track and analyze recruitment metrics, presenting insights to stakeholders and refining strategies to improve outcomes.


skills/qualifications required:



  • Bachelor's Degree or a combination of relevant work experience and education required


  • 5+ years of relevant recruiting experience, with a focus on high-volume hourly hiring; experience in manufacturing or production environments preferred


  • Experience using an ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, or related programs required


  • Proven success sourcing candidates on LinkedIn or through other creative search methods


  • Ability to balance multiple requisitions at different stages


  • Strong sense of urgency with the ability to meet deadlines, and navigate shifting priorities


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization, and the ability to deliver a compelling story to prospective candidates


  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills


  • Strong interpersonal skills that support interactions and relationship-building with candidates and internal stakeholders


  • Experience analyzing and visualizing metrics and data to tell a compelling story


  • Ability to handle ambiguity and work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment


position location: based in our Webster, NY or Coopersville, MI manufacturing plant

reports to: Director of Talent Acquisition

travel requirements: up to 15%

exempt/nonexempt: exempt

base salary range: $72,000 - 80,000
