Will be responsible for maintaining a current working knowledge of staff activities and staff as appropriate to ensure a clean, orderly, and attractive hospital. Functioning under the direction of the Director of Plant Operations the Emergency Management Coordinator will implement all local city/county or federal grants' requirements in the facility. Activities must be coordinated in accordance of multiple local agencies' requirements that implement the programs for their respective counties or communities. The Facilities Service Coordinator is responsible for the day to day operations of the dept. on a daily, routine basis. The Facilities Service Coordinator works with the department director/manager, Administrative team members and department heads to ensure compliance with goals and objectives established by the hospital corporation. Communicate effectively, in writing, verbally, and via telephone, with all levels of personnel and visitors. Input and retrieve computerized data. Qualifications EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING 1. High school diploma or equivalent required. Two (2) years of college in a related field, preferred. 2. Two or more years of relevant experience with a healthcare background preferred. 3. Minimum of Two (2) years supervisory experience preferred. 4. Certification for ICS/NIMS and HICS within 6 months of hire 5.
