Overview
RTI International seeks a prospect for the Corporate Development Analyst Internship. This internship is a contract position. The employment contract is administered by Greene Resources Powered by Array, RTI's supplemental staffing partner. The RTI Corporate Development Team actively evaluates acquisitions and other forms of strategic relationships that fit clearly with our strategy, mission, and values. Corporate Development leads the evaluation of opportunities and execution of agreements to support mergers and acquisitions (M&As), strategic alliances, and equity investment transactions. The Corporate Development Analyst Intern will conduct financial analyses and build valuation models. Additionally, the intern will provide project management support to active initiatives, develop presentations for management review, provide organization support for files / content, and perform other tasks as assigned by Corporate Development Team. Responsibilities
RTI's Internship Program emphasizes experiential and mentored learning experiences. Interns are exposed to the institute's mission to improve the human condition through projects, professional development trainings, and networking. Program participants have opportunities to engage with staff and fellow interns virtually and in-person. Each summer, interns are encouraged to participate in RTI's annual internship showcase. A two-day hybrid event, the end-of-summer celebration showcases internship experiences and achievements. Come and grow with us! Additional Information This is a paid hybrid/in-person internship. The internship is scheduled to start June 2025 and end August 2025. The internship requires a minimum commitment of 24 hours per week. Time commitment will not exceed 40 hours a week. Hours are flexible during business hours, Monday through Friday. Qualifications
