For this position, we are unable to hire candidates currently residing in California, Colorado, New York, or Washington.

While this is a remote position, we strongly prefer candidates based in Pittsburgh or the greater Pittsburgh area to facilitate occasional in-person collaboration.

What Your Day Will Look Like



  • Support financial planning, forecasting, and analysis to drive strategic decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to assess business performance and growth opportunities.
  • Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly executive-level reports, presentations, and financial summaries.
  • Analyze key financial metrics, trends, and variances to provide actionable insights.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize budgets, investments, and resource allocation with a focus on Research, Engineering, and G&A teams.
  • Conduct ROI analysis to support strategic investment decisions.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to enhance efficiency.
  • Support ad hoc analysis and special projects to drive financial and operational excellence.


What Should Be In Your Backpack



  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Statistics required
  • 2-3+ years of corporate financial planning & analysis or other relevant experience, experience with Corporate Budgets and Capital Planning highly desirable.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical competency
  • Self-starter with excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint, and other standard software applications required.
  • Experience with Oracle or other ERP systems a plus.
  • Oral and written communication skills.
  • Analytical thinking skills.
  • Statistical knowledge.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
