The Job

Increase Medicare membership by coordinating the collaboration of sales and network strategies for new and legacy providers. Develops, implements, and manages relationships with key provider groups on a national level.

You Will

Onboard, manage and execute personalized growth strategies for new and legacy groups.

Creates highly engaged, mutually beneficial provider partnerships.

Provides specific reporting to analyze market awareness for key growth opportunities.

Develops strategies and contributes to sales planning to achieve membership growth with key providers.

Identifies, develops, and implements opportunities to transform and grow all product lines with Medicare demographics (Duals, Age Ins, Chronic, FFS, Switchers, multi-cultural, etc.) for maximum revenue.

Coordinates with marketing and PR for maximum branding and awareness.

Provides leadership and strategic direction on tactics to matrix partners.

Leads Provider Term strategies if applicable.

All other duties as assigned.

Your Qualifications



  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 10 + years of experience in healthcare sales, management experience, demonstrated strategic thinking
  • Innovative mindset
  • Highly developed oral and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, in depth understanding of the Medicare industry.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Skilled in working collaboratively with various levels of the organization to conduct needs analysis and build engaging training solutions.
  • Strong strategic planning, critical thinking and leadership skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
