We are looking for a Software Automation Intern to support our Plasma Collection team in optimizing data analysis from Haemonetics apheresis devices. This role involves reviewing log files, identifying key data points, and developing an automated script to streamline the analysis process. The ideal candidate will have a background in Computer Science or a related field, with experience in coding and automation.

What You Will Do:

• Analyze Device Log Files - Work with the Plasma team to review and interpret log data from Haemonetics apheresis devices.
• Develop an Automation Script - Create a script to extract and process relevant information from log files, improving efficiency and accuracy.
• Optimize and Test Solutions - Ensure the automation tool functions effectively, troubleshoot issues, and refine based on feedback.
• Collaborate with Stakeholders - Work closely with internal teams to understand data needs and refine the automation process.

Who You Are:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong programming skills in a language suitable for automation and data extraction (Python preferred).
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify patterns in large data sets.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
