Genesis10 is currently seeking a UI Specialist with our client in the financial Industry located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 18+ month contract position. Responsibilities: Consult on large-scale, multi-faceted Technology Business Systems initiatives, ensuring best practices and alignment with business objectives Analyze and resolve complex system challenges, requiring in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including unprecedented technical considerations Develop and enhance enterprise business systems through strategic planning and technical execution Collaborate with key stakeholders, including technology teams and business leaders, to implement scalable and efficient solutions. Lead efforts to improve business system processes, ensuring efficiency, security, and compliance Evaluate and refine system capabilities, focusing on performance, reliability, and long-term sustainability Provide expert recommendations on technology strategies and business system improvements Facilitate communication across multiple teams, ensuring alignment between business and technical requirement Drive innovation in business systems design, identifying opportunities for automation, integration, and optimization Monitor and improve system effectiveness, addressing potential risks and implementing best practices Required Qualifications: 5+ years of Business Systems Data or Business Systems Design experience or equivalent through work, consulting, military service, or education Proficiency in ReactJS, Redux, HTML5, CSS3, Jest/Cypress for front-end development Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Microservices, and backend system design Strong experience with Kafka, REST APIs, Redis, and distributed caching solutions Hands-on experience with Postgres, MongoDB, Oracle, and NoSQL databases (Cassandra/MongoDB) Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP, OpenShift, PCF) Experience with containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes Strong understanding of event-driven programming and messaging systems Pay Range: $52-62 Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
