Oracle EBS Test Manager - Finance & SCM Location: Stillwater - MN - Open for remote working Required Skills Oracle SCM, Oracle Cloud ERP, Supply Chain, Finance Roles and Responsibilities Lead the testing efforts for Oracle E Business Fin, ensuring all functionalities are thoroughly tested and meet business requirements. Oversee the development and execution of test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Oracle Cloud ERP Fin. Provide expertise in Excel Macros to automate and streamline testing processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve defects in a timely manner. Ensure that all testing activities are aligned with the overall project timelines and deliverables. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of test results and testing activities. Conduct regular reviews of testing processes and implement improvements as needed. Mentor and guide junior team members in best practices for product testing. Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure that testing efforts are aligned with business goals. Utilize domain knowledge in food services to enhance the testing process and ensure industry-specific requirements are met. Monitor and report on the progress of testing activities to senior management. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards in all testing activities. Drive continuous improvement in testing methodologies and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Certifications: Oracle Certified Professional, Oracle Cloud ERP Certification Salary and Other Compensation: Applications will be accepted until 02/26/2024. The annual salary for this position is between $[129,000 - $152,000] depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
