Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 10 to 14 years of experience in Secure Coding for Java Java scripting Java Programming Java Fullstack Java 11 Java - Sprint Boot / .Net Java and Advanced JavaScript. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in these technologies and will be responsible for leading technical projects ensuring high-quality code and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities

• Lead technical projects from inception to completion ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
• Oversee the development and implementation of secure coding practices for Java applications.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices in Java Java scripting and Java Fullstack development.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality and performance.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for projects and processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Implement and maintain Java 11 and Java
• Sprint Boot / .Net applications.
• Utilize advanced JavaScript skills to enhance application functionality and user experience.
• Ensure the security and integrity of applications through rigorous testing and validation.

Qualifications

• Possess strong experience in Secure Coding for Java Java scripting Java Programming Java Fullstack Java 11 Java
• Sprint Boot / .Net Java and Advanced JavaScript.
• Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Exhibit strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Have a good understanding of Network Operations & Management Customer Service
• Cards & Payments and Retail Banking domains.
• Show proficiency in English (Read/Write Speak).
• Display a proactive and self-motivated attitude.
• Have a track record of successfully leading technical projects and teams.

Certifications Required

Certified Secure Software Lifecycle Professional (CSSLP) Oracle Certified Professional Java SE 11 Developer

Salary and Other Compensation:

Applications will be accepted until February 19, 2025.

The annual salary for this position is between $112,000 - $132,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
