Sr. Java Full Stack Engineer

Location: Nashville, TN (Hybrid)

Responsibilities

Architectural Design: Develop and maintain the architecture for Java Spring Boot, React Native applications, Microsite/Microfront ensuring scalability, maintainability, and alignment with business requirements.

Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize application performance, including tuning the application, database, and cloud resources.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, DevOps engineers, and product managers.

Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for architecture, design decisions, and operational procedures.

Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues, providing support during production incidents.

Qualifications

6 to 8+ years of professional experience with tech stack: Java Spring Boot, microservices

Java, Spring boot micro-service

React Native Application

Microsite/Micro front

Azure Cloud working knowledge

Application performance monitoring and optimization

DevOps/Understanding of CI/CD pipeline

Other Compensation:

Applications will be accepted until March 31, 2025.

The annual salary for this position is between $102,000 to $114,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
